Had the steak sandwich for a quick lunch while attending PJC. Service was good and the food was great. It is cash only, no credit cards at all. The inside is Country. Gets really busy at lunch. The countryside inside is homey.

This "home made" cooking is seriously our favorite restaurant in the area. Excellent breakfast & dinners. Service is amazingly friendly and fast. It is a relaxed and family friendly cafe. Kids are very much welcome. The price per meal will amaze you. Today we had their special which consisted of a hand breaded Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, grilled squash & roll. It also included a drink, piece of pineapple cake, and the tax. All for $10. You can choose your sides. My husband tried the potato salad. It was so good! It is like a German potato salad and has mustard in it. Absolutely loved it!
I was in town having a look around and I stopped by. The waitress was friendly and the service was great. The food came out fast and I enjoyed it . The restaurant was nice and the restroom was clean and lots of parking. One thing to try is the bacon . It was so very good.
